Whatever's on your mind.
Since we have nobody talking about anything related to PN on our forum and we've already paid up our 2011 fees, we ought to at least get some benefit out of this website. So, on this forum, you can talk about whatever is on your mind. From politics to religion, television, just post away.

Non-Surgical Treatment
Many cases of PN can be cured without surgery, especially if treated early. Even if surgery is done, non-surgical treatments are usually also necessary to maximize successful treatment. Here we discuss steroids, physical therapy of many kinds, ART, psychological techniques, exercise, and more.

Botox
With botox being a hot topic with lots of information being posted, we are alloting a separate section for it. You are welcome to post articles and share your experiences with botox treatments. TIPNA neither dismisses nor endorses one treatment over another. We realize what may work for one person, may not for another.

Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy can be an effective treatment approach both for those people suffering pain and functional symptoms as well as for post-op recovery. In some cases, PNE type symptoms may actually be pelvic floor dysfunction and may be improved with PT. A skilled and knowledgable therapist is a must. In this section, we share our experiences with Physcial Therapy treatments.

Looking for a doctor ?
If you have PN, few things make as much difference as seeing the right doctor. But due to the rarity of PN, there are few PN aware doctors. Here we share information about the few that are available, such as those that may be in your area, who does which aspects of diagnosis and treatment, and more.
